The Portal fulfills the function of general information and attention to the citizen in the terms of what is established in article 4 of Royal Decree 208/1996, of February 9, which regulates the administrative information and citizen attention services, having a merely informative character and without any binding legal effect being derived from them.

The telematic filing service through this electronic office complies with current regulations, and therefore, the documents presented by this means have the same legal validity as if they had been presented by any other of those specified in Law 39/2015 , of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations.

In order to keep the information published on the Portal updated, its contents may be modified, corrected, deleted or added at any time, so it will be convenient to check the validity or accuracy of the same by going to the official sources.

The design of the Portal and its source code, logos, trademarks and other distinctive signs that appear in it belong to the Ministry of Universities, or to its agencies and dependent entities, and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.

The Ministry of Universities expressly prohibits the realization of "framings" or the use by third parties of any other mechanisms that alter the design, original configuration or contents of its Portal.

The total or partial reproduction of the contents of the Portal is prohibited without citing its origin or requesting authorization.
