Schedule of Non-Working Days

Schedule of Non-Working Days

Article 30.7 of Spanish Law 39/2015, of 01 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure for the Public Administrations, establishes that the General Government Administration will determine, subject to the official work schedule and that of the respective area, the schedule of non-working days for the purposes of calculating deadlines.  It also establishes that this schedule must be published before the start of each year in the corresponding official gazette, and broadcast via other mediums, in order to guarantee widespread awareness.

As an update, the aforementioned Spanish Law 39/2015, in article 30.2, excludes Saturdays from deadline calculations.
