Accreditation of Spanish Qualifications in Accordance with Directive 2005/36/EC
This service allows you to apply for accreditation of Spanish qualifications providing access to professions regulated in Spain, for the purposes of professional activity in another Member State of the European Union, under the provisions of Spanish Royal Decree 581/2017, of 09 June (Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications)
In Spain, accreditation is a necessary process for obtaining professional recognition in countries in the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland.
Intended applicants:
- Awardees of university qualifications which were issued or recognised as equivalent in Spain.
- Awardees of Vocational Training qualifications approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, or obtained in Ceuta, Melilla or Spanish-owned centres abroad.
Applications are processed strictly in order of receipt date and duplicate applications will be rejected.
